The UTAX and TA Triumph-Adler printer consumables recycling program is operated by WBM Ltd. With an easy-to-use online portal, together we can offer UTAX and TA Triumph-Adler customers a comprehensive collection and recycling solution for your used printer consumables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our customers benefit from significantly reduced prices for this recycling program, as the cost of processing the consumables is entirely covered by UTAX\/TA Triumph-Adler, leaving you to only cover the courier costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PLEASE NOTE:<\/strong> that the subsidised services are for genuine original UTAX and TA Triumph-Adler products only<\/strong> – please do not include any other brands or compatible products in these returns (if you are not sure, please see the help section below or contact WBM for more information).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Print-Recycle do accept all makes and models of all printer consumables, but if you register with this Dealer Code then you can only return your UTAX or TA Triumph-Adler products on this account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We recommend you use a shared email \/ mailbox to register so that multiple people in your organisation can access the account to book services, make payments and retrieve the environmental paperwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once registered, please allow up to 2 working days for your account to be verified and the subsidised prices to be implemented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have other brands of printer consumables to recycle, you can also register for a 2nd account, using a different email and without using the UTAX Dealer code. This will remove the subsidised prices as you will be responsible for the cost of the recycle processing as well. SERVICE PRICES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Returns are charged separately to replacement recycling boxes.
You don\u2019t need to buy the recycling boxes, but they are designed to be the correct sizes for the couriers. If you choose to use your own boxes, please ensure they are within the courier limitations to avoid any surcharges.
All prices shown exclude VAT.
Courier surcharges may be applicable for some locations – please see details below.
Payment is required at the time of booking via debit \/ credit card on the portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RETURNS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can book the return of boxes, small pallets or large pallets.
If you are organising the courier, then there is no fees applicable and you just need to select \u2018Processing Only\u2019 when adding the service to your basket.
If you would like WBM to arrange a courier, you need to select \u2018Total Service\u2019 and there is a collection fee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Small and large pallets have the same collection charge, but are booked separately due to the difference in weight for processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

REPLACEMENT RECYCLING BOXES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The recycling boxes are 75cm high and 38cm x 38cm footprint. The boxes are supplied in packs of 3, packs of 5 or pallets of 80. They are supplied with a bag (to prevent leaks) and seal tape. The total pack price includes delivery to your chosen location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This service is subsidised for the recycling of genuine UTAX and TA Triumph-Adler products only. This does not include compatible, refilled or remanufactured versions of these products. Our products will have our branding on them. If you do not buy from UTAX or TA Triumph-Adler directly, and are not sure if your products qualify for this service, you can check with your supplier or contact WBM for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
